Base Guardians, also called Shrine Guardians or Watchers, defend each base. Each team has three pairs, one at each lane entrance. Each Guardian has 4,000 health, 116 DPS, a 27.94 m attack range and a listed value of 1,000 souls. Its continuous laser targets heroes and troopers in range, deals weapon damage and is mitigated by Bullet Resist. At 6.35 m it uses a melee attack. Unlike Lane Guardians, they take no headshot damage and their melee attacks cannot be parried.

Destroying a pair permanently speeds up the attacking team’s zipline in that lane. At least one pair must be destroyed before Shrines can take damage. The Archmother’s Guardians are crowned stone statues with an obelisk; the Hidden King’s are wicker figures with a large eye and candles.

Resistances

Three bullet-damage modifiers stack multiplicatively: 40% enemy-scaling Bullet Resist, reduced by 20 percentage points per nearby enemy hero to zero; −25% player resistance, which increases damage taken from players; and 20% intrinsic Bullet Resist. Expressed as fractions:

Damage = Bullet Damage × (1 − Enemy Resist) × (1 − Player Resist) × (1 − Bullet Resist)

Backdoor Protection adds 65% damage resistance and 65 HP/s regeneration while active. These values are separate from the modifiers above.

Ability damage to objectives

The source lists these objective-damage multipliers for abilities against Guardians:

On May 22, 2026, Shrine invulnerability was tied to a Guardian pair and Guardian Bullet Resist increased from 10% to 20%. The March 30 update had introduced 10% Bullet Resist, and the March 10 update reduced Base Guardian health from 5,500 to 4,000.
